Four continuous feeding and discharging alumina powder sintering furnaces have been tested and are ready for delivery!

　　Recently, a foreign customer requested alumina sintering. Zhengzhou Kejia Electric Furnace Co., Ltd. has communicated with the customer multiple times according to their needs. The customer needs to continuously input and output materials during sintering, and the materials need to be sintered evenly. Based on this demand, we have customized four continuous input and output Continuous calcination furnace for High Purity Alumina (HPA)  for the customer. Today, all products were tested and there were no problems during the testing, We are about to embark on the path of going abroad!

The rotary tube furnace is a high-temperature reactor with special rotation and tilting functions. It is specially designed for the sintering of inorganic compound such as mineral particles and battery materials, with better uniformity. Multiple heating zones, condensers, and exhaust gas collection equipment can be selected according to different experiments. The product model is KJ-T1400-X, equipped with a touch screen, which allows for easy operation of some temperature control. The maximum working temperature is 1400 ℃, and the furnace tube is made of an oxidation furnace. It is heated with silicon carbide rods, which has a more uniform heating efficiency. The furnace is made of aluminum oxide fiber material, and the temperature can be automatically controlled through a PID controlled by thyristor power, which is safe and convenient.
