The high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace is a periodic, horizontal single-chamber furnace, which consists of a furnace body, a vacuum system, a water cooling system, and electrical components.
The furnace body is mainly a horizontal steel structure furnace body, and the furnace door adopts a double-door method with two side openings. The furnace cover is equipped with observation windows, so that the temperature and conditions in the furnace can be directly seen. A thermocouple device, vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum measuring device, furnace door locking device, multiple electrode outlets, gas charging device, gas outlet device, vacuum connection port, gas filtration and purification device, etc. are installed on the furnace body. The heating body is a graphite rod, and the power is introduced through the water-cooled electrode. The insulating material on the electrode is made of high-strength and high-purity boron nitride, and the insulation layer is composed of graphite hard felt, graphite carbon felt and stainless steel fixing bracket. Opening the furnace cover allows easy maintenance and replacement of heating elements, and the electrode devices have a water-cooling cycle. Digital display pressure gauge control, when the pressure is greater than the set value, it will realize the automatic exhaust function, and if it is less than a certain pressure value, it will realize the automatic inflation function.
