Vacuum tube atmosphere furnace is a common energy-saving electric furnace in the heat treatment industry. It is mainly used in metallurgy, heat treatment, new energy and other industries. There are many types of furnaces and temperature control can be programmed. They are divided into horizontal tube furnaces and vertical tube furnaces. Furnaces, inclined rotary tube furnaces, multi-station tube furnaces, rapid annealing furnaces, multi-temperature zone tube furnaces, etc., can meet unused use requirements. In order to make the use of The precautions for use should be understood. The following briefly introduces the precautions for use
1. When the tube furnace is not used for a long time or is used again or for the first time, in order to avoid cracking of the furnace, it should be baked at about 120°C for 1 hour and at 300°C for 2 hours before use. The furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damage to the heating element and furnace lining. The furnace should be kept clean, and it is forbidden to directly pour various liquids and dissolved metals into the furnace.
2. When the cold furnace is used, because the tube furnace is cold and must absorb a lot of heat, the temperature rise rate in the low temperature section is not easy to be too fast, and the difference in the temperature rise rate of each temperature section is not too large. The sintered material should be fully considered when setting the temperature rise rate. The physicochemical properties of the product, so as to avoid the phenomenon of spraying and polluting the furnace tube.
3. Regularly check whether the electrical connection part of the temperature control system is in good contact, and special attention should be paid to whether the connection of each connection point of the heating element is tight.
In addition, when the vacuum tube atmosphere furnace is in use, it should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it to ensure the safe use of the equipment.
