1. First check with a leak detector to see if there is any gas leakage. If the protection valve at the vacuum gauge is leaking after leak detection, replace the valve;
2. Check the wear of the bearing. If the wear is severe, replace the bearing;
3. If the main valve stem seal, pre-exhaust valve, bleed valve, pneumatic ball valve and furnace door seal have different degrees of air leakage after inspection, you need to check whether the main valve stem seal and the furnace door large ring seal There is aging or cracks. If there is severe aging or cracks, it will cause air leakage, so replace the corresponding sealing ring. The sealing ring can be made of fluorine rubber material that is resistant to high temperature and various media;
4. If there is no problem in the above inspection, then you can perform a leak detection on the thermocouple metal head. Because the leak detection time is relatively long, if there is a very small leak near the thermocouple metal head, it is easy to be neglect. For this, a special method should be adopted: first wrap the seal of the even wire with a plastic bag, and then pass helium into the plastic bag for leak detection. After testing by the above methods, if there is air leakage at the thermocouple's own seal, a new thermocouple should be replaced.
5. Finally, check the inflation group valve according to the maintenance plan. If there is an air leakage problem in the supplementary valve in the inflation group valve, the valve should be replaced.
