The KJ-TX1100-S150LK3W customized rotary tube furnace consists of a heating system, vacuum system, control system, and gas supply system. It adopts three temperature zones for independent control heating, with multiple temperature control systems for each zone, phase shift triggering, and thyristor control. The furnace body is a double shell air-cooled structure, with an upper opening for easy cooling and heat dissipation, as well as the replacement of furnace tubes. It has a tilting function (convenient for material entry and exit).Belongs to a type of 1200℃Tube Furnace.

The furnace tube adopts high-purity quartz tube, with good sealing and corrosion resistance, and is equipped with a mechanical pressure gauge. It has forward and reverse rotation functions and adjustable speed. An internal lifting plate can be installed to evenly heat the material.

The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, heated by high-quality resistance wire, arranged in a circular shape with a balanced temperature field, and equipped with an air cooling system between the double layer furnace shells.
