For example, for continuous sintering or heat treatment of materials, a longer furnace is required to meet the residence time of materials in different temperature zones; For small-scale laboratory research, a shorter furnace can be chosen.
Furnace tube size: including parameters such as outer diameter, inner diameter, length, and wall thickness. The length of the furnace tube is generally slightly longer than the length of the furnace to leave space for installing sealing devices, rotating drive devices, etc. The wall thickness needs to be determined based on factors such as furnace tube material, working pressure, and temperature.
Temperature range and heating element:
Working temperature: ranging from a few hundred degrees to 1800 degrees, or even higher, to meet the processing requirements of different materials.

Vacuum system: The size of the connection port should match the selected vacuum equipment such as vacuum pumps to ensure good vacuum sealing and pumping efficiency. Optional medium vacuum or high vacuum system, with a maximum vacuum degree of 1 × 10 ⁻ ³ Pa or lower.
Furnace structure and material:
Furnace structure: There are two common types: vertical and horizontal. The vertical structure occupies a small area and is suitable for places with limited space; The horizontal structure facilitates the entry and operation of materials, and is suitable for large materials or processes that require continuous feeding.
Furnace body material: The inner and outer shells are usually made of double-layer sheet metal structure, with ventilation in the middle to reduce external temperature. The furnace insulation material adopts high-purity alumina fiber, zirconia board and other high-temperature resistant materials to ensure high temperature stability.
Other special configurations:
Rotating design: promotes uniform heating of materials inside the furnace tube, improves heat treatment efficiency and product quality.
Safety protection: equipped with functions such as over temperature protection, thermocouple protection, and leakage protection to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Auxiliary equipment: such as crucible tongs, corundum boats, furnace hooks, pipe plugs and other accessories, as well as auxiliary equipment such as vacuum pumps, pressure reducing valves, flow meters, etc., can be selected according to customer needs.
