The daily maintenance of customized vacuum furnaces is the key to ensuring their long-term stable operation and extending their service life. Here are some key daily maintenance steps and precautions:

1. Furnace body and external cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the furnace: After using the vacuum furnace every day, use a clean cloth to wipe the exterior of the furnace to remove dust, oil stains, and other impurities from the surface.
Clean the sealing area of the furnace door: Carefully clean the sealing area of the furnace door to prevent impurities from affecting the sealing effect.
Cleaning observation window: Regularly clean the observation window on the furnace body to ensure clear observation of the situation inside the furnace. If there are stains on the observation window glass, a specialized glass cleaner can be used for cleaning.

2. Vacuum system maintenance
Check the oil level of the vacuum pump: Check the oil level of the vacuum pump once a week to ensure that it is within the normal range. If the oil level is too low, it is necessary to add vacuum pump specific oil in a timely manner.
Replace vacuum pump oil: Depending on the frequency of use, replace the vacuum pump oil every 3-6 months. When changing the oil, the old oil should be completely drained first, and then new oil should be added to the specified level. At the same time, check the internal structure of the vacuum pump, such as the pump body, blades, etc., for wear or damage.
Check the operation of the vacuum pump: Check the sound and temperature of the vacuum pump every day. Under normal circumstances, the vacuum pump operates smoothly and the temperature is not too high (generally not exceeding 70-80 ° C). If abnormal sound or high temperature is found, stop the machine in time for inspection.
Vacuum leak detection: Conduct a comprehensive vacuum leak detection every 6-12 months, using a vacuum leak detector to inspect pipeline interfaces, valves, and other parts. If any leakage points are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner.

3. Heating system maintenance
Check the heating element: Check the heating element every 3-6 months to see if there are any fractures, wear, or surface oxidation. If damage is found to the heating element, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the heating effect.
Check the connection parts: Check whether the connection parts of the heating element are firm. If loose connections are found, tighten the connection screws again to ensure good electrical connection.

4. Furnace inspection
Comprehensive inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the interior of the furnace every 6-12 months. Check whether the insulation material on the furnace wall is damaged or detached. If the insulation material is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to ensure the insulation performance of the furnace body.
Check temperature measuring components: Check if the temperature measuring components such as thermocouples and thermal resistors inside the furnace are working properly. Its accuracy can be determined by measuring its resistance value or comparing it with the standard temperature for testing. If it is not accurate, it should be calibrated or replaced in a timely manner.
Check the airflow distribution device: Check whether the airflow distribution device (such as the guide plate) inside the furnace is deformed or damaged, ensure that the airflow inside the furnace is uniform, and ensure that the heat treatment effect is uniform.

5. Electrical system inspection
Check electrical equipment: The electrical equipment of the vacuum furnace also needs to be regularly inspected. If any damage or abnormality is found, it should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
Check the power supply: Ensure that the power voltage is stable and there are no issues such as phase loss or excessive voltage fluctuations. If it is a power issue, repair the power supply line or adjust it using devices such as voltage regulators.

6. Other maintenance measures
Lubrication of mechanical components: Regularly lubricate the mechanical transmission parts, such as guide rails, gears, chains, etc. Suitable lubricating oil should be selected for filling, and care should be taken not to overfill to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Keep the paint on the furnace body intact: The paint on the surface of the furnace shell should be kept intact and regularly applied.
Avoid opening the furnace door for a long time: When the furnace temperature is above 400 ° C and lasts for more than 12 hours, do not open the furnace door for a long time.
Avoid over temperature use: The operating temperature should not exceed the maximum rated temperature of the furnace.
Avoid bringing corrosive substances: Do not bring workpieces with corrosive substances and moisture into the furnace for heating.

In summary, the daily maintenance of customized vacuum furnaces includes cleaning of the furnace body and exterior, maintenance of the vacuum system, maintenance of the heating system, inspection of the furnace interior, inspection of the electrical system, and other maintenance measures. By following these maintenance steps and precautions, the long-term stable operation and extended service life of the vacuum furnace can be ensured.
