Common faults and solutions for customized vacuum furnaces

Customized vacuum furnaces may encounter various malfunctions during use. Here are some common malfunctions and their solutions:

1. Low vacuum degree
Reason for malfunction:
Pump oil pollution, insufficient or too thin.
Vacuum pump malfunction.
The vacuum seal is aging or damaged.

Clean the vacuum pump and replace it with new vacuum pump oil.
Check the operation of the vacuum pump and repair or replace it if necessary.
Check and replace damaged seals.

2. Heating malfunction
Reason for malfunction:
The heating strip is burnt out.

4. Exhaust filter clogged
Reason for malfunction:
The exhaust filter has not been cleaned after long-term use.
The installation position of the exhaust filter is not correct.

Clean or replace the exhaust filter.
Ensure that the exhaust filter is installed correctly.

5. Vacuum pump fuel injection
Reason for malfunction:
The O-ring of the suction valve has come loose.

Remove the vacuum tube from the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the compression spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, re insert it into the groove, and then install it.

6. Other common faults
Vacuum pump oil leakage:
Reason for malfunction: clogged return valve.
Solution: Remove the return valve and clean it.
Loose oil window:
Reason for malfunction: The oil window is not securely fixed.
Solution: After draining the oil, remove the oil window and wrap it with a tape or thin plastic film for fixation.
The pumping time is too short:
Solution: Extend the pumping time.
Motor reverse time too long:
Solution: Swap and install any two-phase power lines (except for the ground wire).
Poor ventilation in the pressurized air path:
Solution: Streamline and unblock the pressurized air path.
Abnormal temperature:

Check if the temperature controller parameters are normal and calibrate them.
Check if the thermocouple is damaged and replace it if necessary.
Check if the heating tube is functioning properly and repair or replace it if necessary.
