Common faults and solutions of new intelligent vertical tube furnace

The new intelligent vertical tube furnace may encounter some common faults during use. Here are some common faults and their solutions:
1. Instrument without power display
Possible reasons:
The power supply is not connected or the plug is not properly plugged in.
Power cord malfunction or internal fuse blown.

Check if the power socket, power switch, and power cord are functioning properly, and confirm if there is power supply.
Check if the plug is properly inserted or connected. If the fuse burns out, it needs to be replaced.
2. The temperature inside the furnace does not rise
Possible reasons:
The heating element is damaged.
Temperature controller malfunction or improper setting.
The power supply is not functioning properly.

Check if the heating element is intact, and replace it if it is damaged.
Check the temperature controller settings and output status, and repair or replace the temperature controller if necessary.
Confirm whether the power supply voltage is stable and can meet the equipment requirements.
3. The set temperature does not match the temperature inside the furnace

Thermocouple wiring error or sensor malfunction.
The temperature control system is inaccurate.
There is a deviation between the temperature measurement point and the layout point.

Check if the positive and negative connections of the thermocouple are correct. If they are reversed, correct them; If the thermocouple or sensor fails, replace it with a new one.
If there is a problem with the temperature controller itself, it needs to be calibrated or replaced.

4. The instrument output is normal, but the OUT indicator light is not flashing
Possible reasons:
Main circuit failure, such as damaged thyristor.
The indicator light is malfunctioning.
The heating resistor wire is open circuited.

Check if the thyristor is working properly and replace it if it is damaged.
Check if the indicator light is damaged and replace it if necessary.
Check if the heating resistor wire is intact, and replace it if there is an open circuit.
5. Temperature control failure

The temperature controller is not set correctly.
Heating element malfunction.

Check if the temperature controller is set correctly and adjust the parameters to improve stability.

6. The furnace chamber is not tightly sealed

Wear or aging of sealing components such as furnace doors and sealing rings.
The seal is not installed correctly.

Check whether the sealing components such as the furnace door and sealing ring are intact. If there is wear or aging, replace them in a timely manner.
Check if the sealing components are installed correctly and adjust them to ensure the sealing effect.
7. Pipeline blockage

Regularly clean the pipeline to prevent the accumulation of debris. If severe blockage occurs, appropriate cleaning tools can be used for cleaning.
8. Control system malfunction
Possible reasons:
The control system has malfunctioned and cannot control the furnace properly.

Restart the control system and check if the power supply and connection lines are normal.
If necessary, contact professional technicians for maintenance or replacement of the control system.
In practical applications, the failure of tube furnaces may also be affected by various other factors.
