Common faults and solutions of vacuum atmosphere tube furnace

Vacuum atmosphere tube furnace may encounter various faults during use. Here are some common faults and their solutions:
1. Vacuum degree issue
Fault phenomenon:
The vacuum degree cannot reach the preset value.
The vacuum degree drops too quickly.

Check the vacuum pump: Confirm whether the vacuum pump is working properly, without damage or performance degradation. If necessary, promptly repair or replace the vacuum pump.
Check the seals: Check whether the seals at the furnace body, pipelines, and connections are aging, broken, or improperly installed. If found, replace aging or broken seals in a timely manner and ensure correct installation to ensure sealing.
Leak detection: Use leak detection tools to detect and repair gas leaks inside the furnace and connections.
2. Heating issue
Fault phenomenon:
The heating speed is too slow.
The temperature is too high or unstable.
The temperature does not rise but instead decreases.

Check the heating element: Confirm whether the heating element is aging, damaged, or has poor contact. If necessary, replace the heating element promptly and ensure its secure installation.
Check the thermostat: Check if the thermostat is damaged or improperly set. If there are any problems, adjust the settings of the thermostat or replace the damaged thermostat.
Check power supply voltage: Ensure stable power supply voltage and avoid excessive fluctuations. If the power supply voltage is unstable, it may be considered to install a voltage regulator.
Thermocouple wiring: If the temperature does not rise but falls, it may be due to incorrect wiring of the positive and negative poles of the thermocouple. At this point, the positive and negative connections of the thermocouple should be swapped.
3. Control system issues
Fault phenomenon:
The display screen is not showing.
Button malfunction.

Check the power circuit: Confirm whether the power circuit of the control system is damaged or has poor contact. If necessary, repair or replace the power circuit.
Check the hardware of the control system: Check whether the internal components of the control system are damaged or aged. If necessary, replace damaged components.
Software update: If there are errors or incompatible versions in the control system software, try updating or reinstalling the software to ensure that the software version is compatible with the hardware.
4. Other common questions
Fault phenomenon:
The ammeter has no current, but the voltmeter has voltage.
The furnace body is leaking air.
resolvent:
Check heating element: If there is no current on the ammeter but voltage on the voltmeter, it may be a broken heating element. At this point, the door should be opened to observe and replace the broken heating element.
Check the sealing of the furnace body: If the furnace body leaks, check whether the sealing components at the furnace door, observation window, etc. are aging, broken, or improperly installed. If necessary, replace the seals and ensure that the furnace body is well sealed.
5. General solution
Exclusion method: When troubleshooting, the possible causes can be investigated one by one until the problem is found and resolved.
Professional personnel: If encountering difficult to solve faults, it is recommended to promptly contact the equipment manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel for handling.
