1. Preparation stage
Check equipment and environment:
Ensure that the water, electricity, and gas supply to the vacuum brazing furnace are normal, the voltage is stable at 380V (with a tolerance of ± 10%), the air pressure is between 0.4~0.6MPa, and the water pressure meets the equipment requirements.
Inspect the interior of the equipment, including the heating chamber, to ensure it is clean and free from debris, dust, oil, and water stains.
Prepare the workpiece to be brazed, ensuring that the surface of the workpiece is dry, clean, and free of dust, grease, etc.
Preparation before startup:
Open the water valve to ensure stable water flow.
Start the air compressor and wait for the pressure gauge pointer to reach the specified range.
Check if all components of the equipment are intact and if the fasteners are loose.

2. Vacuum pumping stage
Close the furnace door:
After placing the workpiece into the furnace, quickly close the furnace door to ensure good sealing.
Start the vacuum pump:
Start the mechanical pump and roughing valve in sequence to perform preliminary pumping on the vacuum unit and furnace.
After the preheating time of the dispersion pump reaches the required level (such as 90 minutes), close the roughing valve and open the high valve to perform high vacuum pumping on the furnace.
Monitoring vacuum degree:
Monitor the vacuum level inside the furnace through a vacuum gauge and adjust the pumping speed and time according to process requirements.
When the vacuum degree reaches the set value (such as below 3E-3Pa), prepare for heating.

3. Heating and insulation stage
Start the heating system:
Set the heating temperature and heating curve, and start the heating system.
During the heating process, regularly check the operating status of the equipment and whether the process parameters meet the requirements.
Insulation:
When the furnace temperature reaches the set value, it enters the insulation stage.
Maintain a certain insulation time according to the process requirements to ensure the quality of brazing.

4. Cooling and material retrieval stage
Cooling:
After the insulation is completed, turn off the heating system and start the cooling system to cool the furnace.
Natural cooling or forced cooling can be chosen depending on specific process requirements.
Material retrieval:
After the furnace temperature drops to a safe range (such as below 450 ℃), open the furnace door and remove the workpiece.
Pay attention to safety when removing the workpiece to avoid burns or bumps.

5. Maintenance and upkeep
Regular cleaning:
Regularly clean the interior of the equipment to ensure that there are no impurities, oil stains, etc. in the furnace.
Check and clean the vacuum pump, valves, and other components to maintain their good working condition.
Inspection and replacement:
Regularly inspect the sealing performance of equipment and the wear of key components such as heating elements.
If any component damage or performance degradation is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
