The usage method of atmosphere tube furnace mainly includes pre preparation, start-up operation, atmosphere control, heating and constant temperature, experimental process, and shutdown operation. The following is a detailed usage method:
1. Preliminary preparation
Safety inspection: Ensure that the atmosphere tube furnace is in a safe and stable environment, with no flammable or explosive materials around. Check if the furnace body, power supply, gas pipelines, etc. are intact and if all connections are securely fastened.
Gas preparation: Prepare the required atmosphere gas and ensure that the gas purity meets the experimental requirements. At the same time, check if the gas pipeline is intact and there are no leaks.
Cleaning environment: Keep the environment around the equipment clean and tidy, avoiding dust and debris from affecting the equipment.
2. Power on operation
Turn on the power: Turn on the power switch of the atmosphere tube furnace and perform preheating operation according to the equipment manual.
Inspection status: During the preheating process, check whether the temperature inside the furnace rises uniformly and there are no abnormal phenomena. At the same time, confirm that the instrument is in its initial state and prepare for temperature and time settings.
3. Atmosphere control
Vacuum pumping: If necessary, the vacuum pump can be turned on to pump out the gas inside the furnace until the predetermined vacuum degree (such as 0.1MPa) is reached. After closing the vacuum valve, ensure that the vacuum level inside the furnace is stable.
Inflation operation: Open the protective gas pressure reducing valve and fill the furnace with the required atmosphere gas. Adjust the gas flow rate to an appropriate value to ensure a stable atmosphere inside the furnace.
4. Heating and constant temperature
Set temperature: Set the temperature inside the furnace according to the experimental requirements and start heating up. When setting the temperature, it should be set reasonably according to the experimental requirements to avoid adverse effects of excessively high or low temperatures on the experiment.
Observing changes: During the heating process, closely observe the temperature changes inside the furnace to ensure that there are no abnormal phenomena. If there are any abnormalities, they should be adjusted in a timely manner.
Constant temperature stage: When the temperature reaches the set value, it enters the constant temperature stage. At this stage, temperature stability should be maintained to avoid excessive temperature fluctuations that could affect the experimental results.
5. Experimental process
Place the sample: During the constant temperature stage, place the sample to be processed in a suitable position inside the furnace, ensuring that the sample is located within the constant temperature zone.
Record data: During the experiment, pay attention to recording the experimental data for subsequent analysis. If temperature or atmosphere needs to be adjusted, caution should be exercised to avoid adverse effects on the experiment.
6. Shutdown operation
Stop inflation: After the experiment is completed, close the protective gas pressure reducing valve and stop inflation.
Turn off the power: Turn off the power switch of the furnace body to allow it to cool naturally. During the cooling process, do not touch the furnace body to avoid burns.
Cleaning the site: Clean and organize the equipment to keep it clean and tidy.
