1. External inspection and cleaning
Regular inspection and cleaning: Regularly inspect exposed parts such as pipe shells, pipelines, valves, etc. every month to ensure their integrity and normal operation. When cleaning, high-pressure water guns or special cleaning agents can be used to avoid damaging the equipment.
Sealing inspection: Check the sealing performance of pipelines and valves, and promptly repair any leaks found to prevent gas or heat leakage that may affect experimental or production results.
2. Internal component inspection and maintenance
Ceramic tube inspection: Regularly check the integrity of ceramic tubes, and replace them promptly if there are cracks or damages to prevent adverse effects on experiments or production.
Heating wire inspection: Check the connection performance of the heating wire to ensure that there is no looseness or solder joint detachment. If there is any, it should be repaired in a timely manner to ensure heating efficiency.

4. Precautions for operation and use

During the operation, pay attention to observing the running status of the equipment, and if there are any abnormalities, stop the machine for inspection in a timely manner.
Gas management: Before use, check whether the gas pipeline is intact and leak free. When replacing gas or performing other operations, ensure that the corresponding valves and switches are closed to prevent gas leakage.
Temperature control: Reasonably set the temperature inside the furnace to avoid adverse effects on experiments or production caused by excessively high or low temperatures. Closely observe the temperature changes during the heating process, and adjust promptly if there are any abnormalities. Maintain temperature stability during the constant temperature stage to avoid excessive temperature fluctuations that may affect experimental results or product quality.
5. Long term storage and maintenance
Turn off power: When the equipment is not used for a long time, the power switch should be turned off and the power should be cut off to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Regular inspection: Even when not in use, the various components of the equipment should be checked regularly to ensure that they are functioning properly, in order to promptly detect and solve problems.
