working principle
The working principle of the trolley furnace is mainly based on the resistance heating effect of the electric heating element. When current passes through an electric heating element, heat is generated inside the element, causing the temperature of the element to rise. This heat is transferred to the surrounding furnace materials through thermal conduction and radiation, causing the temperature of the entire furnace to rise. The material is placed on the trolley and heated by the heat generated by the heating element. The temperature control system controls the temperature of the furnace body by adjusting the magnitude of the current, thereby achieving precise control of the material heating process.
Main purpose
The use of trolley furnace is very extensive, mainly including the following aspects:
Metal heat treatment: used for quenching, annealing, aging and other heat treatment processes of high chromium, high manganese steel castings, gray cast iron parts, ductile iron parts, rolling mills, steel balls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant lining plates and other materials.
Industrial applications: widely used in universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises and other fields, for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, chemical engineering, metallurgy, ceramics, glass products, new material development, organic matter ashing, quality testing and other aspects.
Special fields: It also plays an important production and experimental role in military industry, electronics, medicine, special materials and other fields.
Structure and Materials
Shell: Generally welded from steel plates and steel sections, it has good mechanical strength and structural stability.
Lining: Built with ultra lightweight energy-saving refractory insulation bricks, insulated with aluminum silicate fiber felt in the interlayer, and filled with expanded stone powder insulation between the furnace shell and the lining silicon aluminum brazing interlayer to improve the insulation effect. The furnace mouth is made of heavy anti-collision bricks, heavy-duty high aluminum anti pressure bricks for the trolley surface layer, and other materials to enhance durability and safety.
Heating element: generally a spiral heating element, placed on the furnace side wire brick and trolley masonry. The heating element material is internationally recognized high-temperature alloy materials such as 0Cr25AL5, which have high temperature resistance and long service life.
In summary, the trolley furnace plays an important role in industrial production due to its super energy-saving structure, flexible and convenient characteristics, and wide application fields.
