Vacuum annealing furnaces may encounter various problems during use. Here are some common problems and their solutions:
1. The vacuum degree does not meet the requirements
Reason for the problem:
Aging and leakage of seals: Seals such as flange gaskets and valve sealing surfaces are aging or damaged, leading to air leakage.
Vacuum pump failure: Leakage of the pump body, insufficient or contaminated pump oil, and wear of internal components can all affect the pumping capacity of the vacuum pump.
Pipeline blockage: There are impurities, deposits, and other blockages in the vacuum pipeline, causing poor airflow.

Check and replace aging or damaged seals to ensure good sealing.
Check the working condition of the vacuum pump, including pump oil volume, pump oil quality, pump body sealing, etc., clean or replace damaged components in a timely manner, and regularly maintain the vacuum pump.

2. Inaccurate temperature control
Reason for the problem:
Temperature sensor malfunction: Poor sensor performance or improper installation position, resulting in inaccurate temperature measurement.
Control system issue: The control algorithm is not precise enough or the parameter settings are unreasonable, resulting in the control system being unable to accurately control the temperature.

Check the performance of the temperature sensor to ensure that its measurement accuracy and response time meet the requirements. At the same time, check the installation position of the sensor to ensure that it can accurately sense the temperature inside the furnace.

3. Heating element malfunction
Reason for the problem:
Heating element aging or damage: Long term use can lead to a decrease or failure of heating element performance.

Check the resistance value and heating capacity of the heating element. If aging or damaged heating elements are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
4. Cooling system malfunction
Reason for the problem:
Blockage of cooling water circuit: Long term use leads to the accumulation of impurities and sediments in the cooling water circuit, which affects the cooling effect.
Cooling pump malfunction: Leakage of the pump body, wear of internal components, etc., causing the cooling pump to malfunction.

Clean up blockages in the cooling water circuit and keep it unobstructed.
Check the working condition of the cooling pump, including the sealing of the pump body and the wear of internal components, and promptly repair or replace damaged parts.
5. Power and electrical component issues
Reason for the problem:
Unstable power supply: Fluctuations or instability in power supply voltage can affect the normal operation of equipment.
Aging of electrical components: Long term use can lead to a decrease or failure in the performance of electrical components.

Check the power supply voltage and stability, ensure that the power supply voltage and frequency meet the requirements, and take corresponding voltage stabilization measures.
Check the performance and connection of electrical components, and replace any aging or damaged electrical components in a timely manner.
6、 Emergency response methods
Power outage handling: In the event of a power outage during the production process of the vacuum annealing furnace, the valve of the hydrogen nitrogen mixed gas pipeline should be immediately sealed, the valve of the nitrogen gas pipeline should be opened, the hydrogen gas in the annealing furnace should be discharged, and the cooling water should be switched to emergency tap water supply.
Cooling water pump failure: If the cooling water pump is broken, it is also necessary to switch the cooling water to emergency tap water supply and promptly report to the equipment for maintenance.
Abnormal pressure of hydrogen nitrogen mixture: If the pressure of hydrogen nitrogen mixture is 0, the valve of the hydrogen nitrogen mixture gas pipeline should be closed and the valve of the nitrogen gas pipeline should be opened. If there is no hydrogen nitrogen mixture for a long time, production should be stopped, the annealing furnace should be cooled down, and equipment maintenance should be reported.
