What is the reason for the difference between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature of the vacuum annealing furnace?

Time:2024-08-09 Click:0

The difference between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature of the vacuum annealing furnace may be caused by various factors, and the following are some of the main reasons:
1. Temperature sensor issue
Installation location: There may be issues with the installation location of temperature sensors such as thermocouples, such as improper or loose installation, which may result in the sensor being unable to accurately sense the temperature inside the furnace. In this case, the temperature measured by the sensor may not represent the actual temperature inside the furnace.
Performance differences: Temperature sensors of different brands and models may have differences in performance, including measurement accuracy, response time, etc. If the temperature sensor used has poor performance, it may also result in a deviation between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature.
2. Control system issues
Control algorithm: The control algorithm of the control system may not be precise or adaptable enough to accurately control the power and time of the heating element, resulting in a deviation between the actual temperature and the set temperature.
Parameter setting: The parameter setting of the control system may be unreasonable, such as improper PID parameter setting, which may cause the control system to be unable to respond quickly and accurately to changes in temperature sensor data, thereby affecting the actual temperature control accuracy.
3. Heating element issue
Uneven heating: There may be issues with the arrangement or performance of heating elements, resulting in uneven temperature distribution inside the furnace. Even if the temperature sensor measures the temperature at a certain point inside the furnace, it may not accurately reflect the actual temperature situation inside the entire furnace.
Aging or damage: Heating elements may experience aging or damage during long-term use, leading to a decrease or failure in heating capacity, which in turn affects the accuracy of temperature control inside the furnace.
4. Influence of vacuum degree
The vacuum environment also has a certain impact on the stability of temperature. The higher the vacuum degree, the less external interference the temperature inside the furnace is affected, and the better the stability. If the vacuum degree is insufficient or fluctuates greatly, it may also cause a deviation between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature.
5. Other factors
Furnace insulation performance: The insulation performance of the furnace also has a certain impact on temperature control. If the insulation performance of the furnace body is poor, it may cause rapid heat loss, thereby affecting the accuracy of actual temperature control.
Operation and maintenance: The operational level of operators and the maintenance status of equipment may also have an impact on temperature control. For example, the familiarity of operators with the equipment and their ability to adjust temperature control parameters may affect the actual temperature control effect.
In summary, the reason for the difference between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature of the vacuum annealing furnace may involve multiple aspects such as temperature sensors, control systems, heating elements, vacuum degree, and furnace insulation performance. To solve this problem, we can start investigating and fixing it from these aspects. Meanwhile, strengthening the daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment is also one of the important measures to improve the accuracy of temperature control.
