1. Preparation work
Check equipment and environment:
Ensure that the rotary tube sintering furnace is placed on a horizontal and stable ground.
Check for conductive, flammable, explosive materials, and corrosive gases that can damage metal and insulation around the equipment to ensure environmental safety.
Check if the power line is connected correctly and if the voltage meets the equipment requirements (usually 220V/380V).
Wear protective equipment:
Wear protective gear such as gloves, eye masks, and masks before use to prevent hazards such as high temperatures and dust.

2. Sample installation and sealing
Sample installation:
Use high-temperature resistant tools or containers (such as crucible boats, pads) to place materials into furnace tubes.
Place the sample in the center of the furnace tube using a furnace hook to ensure even heating.

Block the furnace tube with insulation plugs to ensure good sealing.
Install the flange and check the airtightness again to prevent gas leakage.
3. Start up and heating up
Start device:
Press the power button and wait for a few seconds (specific time according to the instrument operation instructions) to enter the programming or setting phase.
After programming or setting is completed, click the start button, long press the “run” button for 1-2 seconds, and release it to start the device running.
Heating operation:
The rotary tube sintering furnace requires preheating to gradually increase the temperature.
Gently rotate the voltage regulator to gradually increase the voltage, while observing the changes in the current and voltage meter.
Turn on the rotary switch and adjust the speed.
After the temperature reaches a certain stage (such as 400 ℃), turn the regulator again to adjust the voltage to maintain a stable heating rate until the desired temperature is reached.
4. Sintering process
After reaching the set temperature, maintain stable operation of the sintering furnace and proceed with the sintering process.
Adjust the rotation speed, atmosphere, and other parameters as needed to ensure the sintering effect.
5. Cooling and shutdown
Cooling:
After sintering is completed, press the stop button to stop heating.
Allow the sintering furnace to naturally cool down to a certain temperature (such as below 500 ℃) before proceeding with subsequent operations.
After the temperature drops, turn off the rotary switch to slowly stop the furnace tube from rotating.
Shutdown and cleaning:
Turn off the power button and cut off the power.
Open the furnace tube and take out the sintered sample.
Clean the interior and surrounding environment of the furnace tube to keep the equipment clean.

Throughout the entire operation process, it is important to always pay attention to the safe operation of the equipment. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Comply with operating procedures and safety regulations to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
