Atmosphere regulation: By controlling the proportion of different gases or air (or adjusting the type and proportion of gases introduced into the furnace), the atmosphere environment inside the furnace can be precisely regulated to meet different heating process requirements.
Thermal conduction: The workpiece in the furnace is in contact with the hot gas generated by the furnace wall and resistance wire to achieve thermal energy conduction. The furnace wall is usually made of high-temperature resistant materials that can withstand high temperatures and thermal shocks.
Temperature control: The temperature inside the furnace needs to be adjusted by controlling the heating power of the electric heating element (or the supply of gas and air).
