3. Working principle
The working principle of a vacuum brazing furnace is to apply flux to the welding area of the workpiece that needs to be cleaned and cleaned, and then lay solder (powder, granular, or flake can be used), and then place another component that needs to be welded (the welding surface is also coated with flux). After positioning and fixing the two pieces, they are loaded into the furnace and heated by the heating system to the temperature where the solder melts, allowing the workpiece to be welded.

The main structure of a vacuum brazing furnace includes the furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, air cooling system, inflation system, pressure divider system, water cooling system, electrical control system, etc. Among them, the heating system uses graphite tubes as heating elements, which are evenly distributed along the circumference of the heat zone to provide good furnace temperature uniformity. The vacuum system achieves high vacuum extraction through a combination of mechanical pumps, Roots pumps, and diffusion pumps.

5. Application field
Vacuum brazing furnace is mainly used for vacuum brazing of aluminum products such as aluminum alloy heat exchangers, as well as brazing of stainless steel, titanium alloys, hard alloys, high-temperature alloys, and non-ferrous metals. In addition, it can also be used for vacuum tempering treatment of materials such as high-speed steel, tooling steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, as well as aging and annealing treatment of non-ferrous metals.
