Operating steps for charging of Kejia tubular furnace

The tubular atmosphere resistance furnace is mainly used in metallurgy, glass, heat treatment, lithium anode and cathode materials, new energy, abrasive tools and other industries to determine the professional equipment of materials under certain atmosphere conditions. Sometimes the tubular furnace needs to be filled with gas during the use process. How should the operation be standardized during the ventilation process to avoid errors?
1、 When hydrogen is used as working gas
1. connect the hydrogen gas circuit, use soapy water to detect the leakage at each joint, and confirm that there is no gas leakage.
2. confirm that all valves are closed.
3. turn the knob anticlockwise to open the main valve of hydrogen cylinder, turn the knob clockwise to slowly open the outlet pressure reducing valve so that the outlet pressure is 0.1MPa.
4. turn on the power supply of the mechanical pump, open the outlet valve of the tubular furnace and the two valves on the gas path of the mechanical pump, and pump for 5 minutes.
5. close the two valves on the gas path of the mechanical pump, close the outlet valve of the tubular furnace, and shut down the mechanical pump.
6. open the upper air circuit control valve anticlockwise so that the arrow points to the “on” position.
7. adjust the flowmeter knob anticlockwise so that the reading is 20ml/min.
8. turn the knob counterclockwise to open the inlet valve of the tubular furnace until the barometer reads zero.
9. open the inlet valve of the tubular furnace and the red outlet valve on the hydrogen gas path.
10. the heating of the tubular furnace can only be started after ten minutes of hydrogen supply. Before heating, adjust the flowmeter knob counterclockwise to make the bubble in the conical flask appear at a rate of 2 / s.
II When using inert gas as working gas
1. connect the working gas circuit and connect the gas outlet end of the tubular furnace to the mechanical pump.
2. open the inlet valve of the tubular furnace, close the power supply of the vacuum pump, open the outlet valve (pay attention to the flange to avoid excessive stress on the furnace tube), and evacuate the corundum tube and gas pipeline.
3. when the vacuum gauge of tubular furnace reaches -0.1 (when the pointer reaches the end), close the air outlet valve and the air inlet valve.
4. turn the knob anticlockwise to open the main valve of the gas cylinder, and turn the knob clockwise to slowly open the outlet pressure reducing valve so that the outlet air pressure is 0.004mpa (2 small grids).
5. turn the knob counterclockwise to slowly open the inlet valve of the tubular furnace; Pay close attention to the pressure gauge of the tubular furnace and confirm that the pressure is below 0.08mpa (if the pressure is higher than 0.08mpa, open the outlet valve of the tubular furnace for air release).
6. when the air pressure of the tubular furnace is stable, close the inlet valve of the tubular furnace, open the outlet valve, vacuum to -0.1, and close the outlet valve of the tubular furnace.
7. repeat steps 4 and 5 twice.
8. shut down the mechanical pump and open the inlet valve of the tubular furnace.
