Introduction to characteristics of atmosphere furnace

As we all know, the atmosphere box furnace is the choice for daily application in the laboratory. Today, let’s briefly introduce the characteristics of the atmosphere furnace of notai technology.
Features of atmosphere furnace:
1. The maximum temperature is 1700 ℃.
2. The uniformity of temperature field can be improved by double-sided heating of ceramic heating plate (three-sided heating can be selected).
3. The ceramic heating plate is embedded with electric heating wire to prevent pollution by volatilization and splashing, which is easy to replace.
4. Vacuum strengthened ceramic fiber module is adopted.
5. Sealed furnace shell structure to improve the atmosphere of heat treatment process.
6. The furnace shell is made of carbon steel and the surface is treated.
7. Double layer furnace shell structure to reduce the shell temperature.
8. Open the furnace door at the side of the furnace door (try to avoid the operator from contacting high temperature).
9. An adjustable air inlet is set at the bottom, and the flowmeter controls the air volume (introducing the process atmosphere).
10. The rear wall of the furnace is equipped with exhaust port and exhaust valve, which can be optionally equipped with waste gas treatment.
11. The noise of heating operation is reduced, and the temperature is controlled by solid-state relay or thyristor.
12. The temperature control system adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, with PID regulation and self-tuning functions, and 30 temperature rise and fall procedures.
13. Overtemperature protection limiter and temperature control meter adjust the disconnection temperature to prevent overtemperature of electric furnace and workpiece.
14. Open the door and automatically cut off the heating power supply to improve the operation safety.
15. The touch screen can be configured for process control and recording.
