　　      Low temperature box heat treatment furnace is used for tempering and heat treatment of non-ferrous metals. The heating method is divided into direct heating and separate heating. The direct heating type has high thermal efficiency, but the workpiece is easily exposed to the direct heat radiation of the high-temperature electric heating element to cause local overheating. The solution is to put a heat insulation board (such as a loading frame, etc.) between the workpiece and the electric heating element. The separate heating type uses a hot air blower to send hot air into the furnace.

 

     Separate low-temperature box-type electric furnaces are rarely used in practical applications, and the most used in the workshop is the pit-type low-temperature box-type heat treatment furnace.
