The power supply voltage of the resistance furnace is mainly determined according to the power supply and the requirements of the furnace. Resistance furnaces generally use 380V or 220V power directly. Some electric furnaces have special requirements and must use very low voltages, and transformers must be installed to achieve the purpose of use.
In general, resistance heating elements with power below 25KW use 220V series or parallel series power supply. For resistance furnaces with power between 25KW-75KW, electric heating elements generally use 380V star or delta line power supply. For resistance furnaces with a power exceeding 75KW, the power supply modes of the electric heating elements are more diversified. The purpose is to make each heating element have an appropriate amount of power, which is convenient for element manufacturing and convenient for furnace power and temperature control.
