Multi-channel proton flow meter
1. The gas comes out of the steel cylinder, is depressurized through a pressure reducing valve, and is connected to the inlet of the gas supply system through a PTFE tube. The gas flow is then controlled by a proton flow meter, and then passes through a mixing tank before entering the furnace inlet. The gas comes out of the outlet pipe and passes through a three-way valve, with one end connected to a vacuum pump and the other end connected to the outlet.
2. The gas mixing tank is connected to a pressure gauge, and the pressure gauge display panel and proton flow meter are installed on the same panel.
3. Each gas pipeline has a high-pressure shut-off valve, ensuring safety.
4. The gas circuit adopts a high-precision gas float flowmeter, and the internal part of the gas circuit is entirely made of PTFE tubes, which has good corrosion resistance.
5. All joints are connected with ferrules, with good air tightness and high pressure resistance.
High temperature resistant vacuum pump
The high-temperature vacuum pump adopts a built-in fan and a large area of air cooling design, greatly reducing the surface temperature rise of the pump; Adopting high-temperature sealing rings and imported high-temperature pump oil, it is more suitable for the high-temperature use environment of vacuum tube furnaces. Adopting imported original oil seals to ensure reliable sealing during long-term operation of the entire machine. The pump body adopts an integrated design, with fewer components, good repeatability, compact appearance, and easy maintenance and repair. In addition, there is a built-in gear pump and a constant pressure oil supply mechanism for forced oil supply, which can operate stably and reliably even under high suction pressure. The automatic oil return valve design effectively protects your vacuum system from pump oil contamination after shutdown; This product is also designed with two gas ballasts, which can meet the needs of different processes for steam discharge.
