Product Introduction:
The PTFE hopper three temperature zone rotary tube furnace is separately controlled by three independent temperature control systems. By adjusting the temperature of each temperature zone, a longer constant temperature zone can be formed in the heating zone. Each temperature control system adopts PID regulation, which can set 30 temperature rise and fall programs. The temperature control accuracy can reach+/-1 ℃, and the highest temperature in the furnace can reach 1300 ℃. The inlet and outlet hoppers of this rotary furnace are made of PTFE material, which has strong stability and will not react with the material. The feeding adopts a spiral feeder, which can rotate with the motor and move the sample forward, so it can continuously process the sample. The main technical features:
1. Three temperature zone independent control heating: Adopting three temperature zone independent control heating, each zone has a multi-stage program temperature control system, phase shift triggering, and thyristor control.
2. Continuous feeding and discharging: The feeding adopts a spiral feeder, which can rotate with the operation of the motor and move the sample forward, so it can continuously process the sample.
3. Rotating furnace tube: The furnace body can be tilted, and the furnace tube can be rotated forward or backward with adjustable speed, allowing the material to be dynamically heated, resulting in more uniform heating and sufficient contact with the required gas for reaction.
4. Over temperature protection and alarm: It has over temperature protection and alarm, as well as overheat and thermocouple fracture protection functions, allowing operation without human supervision.
5. Teflon material hopper: Both the feeding hopper and the discharging hopper are made of Teflon, which has strong stability and will not react with the sample.
6. Customization on demand: More specifications of furnace types can be customized according to individual needs.
