Precautions |
1. The air pressure inside the furnace tube is less than 0.02MPa
2. When introducing gas into the furnace tube, a pressure reducing valve should be installed on the gas cylinder, which will be more accurate and safer to use.
3. When the equipment is running, it is not recommended to close the air outlet valve and air inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If you need to close the air valve to heat the sample, you need to always pay attention to the pressure gauge indication. If the air pressure indication is greater than 0.02MPa, you must open the air outlet valve immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.)
4. When the furnace is at high temperature, the furnace tube cannot be in a vacuum state. The air pressure in the furnace tube must be equal to the atmospheric pressure and maintained at normal pressure.
5. Customers are not recommended to use flammable, combustible, corrosive, or toxic materials or gases. If the process must be used, please install relevant safety devices yourself. The company is not responsible for the problems caused. |
