Product Introduction:
The three temperature zone large diameter tube furnace is composed of a furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, and temperature control cabinet device. The furnace shell is divided into upper and lower parts, and the upper part is electrically controlled. It can be flipped and opened when loading and unloading the furnace tubes. The furnace lining adopts alumina fiber lining. The heating element is installed on the furnace lining using high-temperature silicon carbon rods arranged vertically. There are three heating temperature zones that can be individually controlled, and the temperature curve can be set to automatically control the temperature. The furnace door is equipped with electric opening and closing, with sliding flanges for easy flange disassembly. Can be used for high-temperature sintering, brazing, etc. of materials. Belongs to tube furnaces.
